Today was great at boot camp as the weather was perfect & Maria our instructor just had to work us hard as always. Maria has many awesome exercises for us to workout the different body parts. My 1st week was pretty hard and I was very sore, but I must say it’s getting better. Now remember, it’s been many years since some of these muscles have had this kind of workout, so it I can do it so can you. Keep checking on us and God Bless.

Yesterday, I started my day with a 3 mile walk and then went to Morning Glory BootCamp where my life just started to get pretty physical (walking, jogging, sit-ups, lunges, squats, jump-roping, etc) wow what a work out this has been long overdue.I am excited about this is not a diet, it really is a life change.
